Job Description

  • We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Marketing/PR Manager. As the Marketing/PR Manager, he/she will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and public relations initiatives to promote the brand. They will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, increasing brand awareness, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business.


  • Create comprehensive marketing and PR strategies aligned with the store’s goals and brand identity.
  • Identify target audiences and market segments to tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage online presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the business’s social media platforms, posting engaging content regularly to increase brand following and engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
  • Initiate and manage influencer partnerships to amplify the brand’s reach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets, bloggers, and influencers within the industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors’ activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and potential target markets for expansion.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in marketing and PR roles
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
